Stopped by because the restaurant always looked full but was disappointed. Spring rolls were crisp, but had almost no filling. The Korean Sepia was tender, but sauce lacked flavor and only had onions, bean sprouts and celery. Low end filler, not the "mixed vegetables" one would expect. Not spicy either.
