"Ordered 2 Teen burger combos through drive through. One of the burgers had no lettuce, tomato or bacon..REALLY..the other had everything on it but only one tiny piece of bacon..REALLY..I don't even live here, just visiting..very sad ? A&W, you REALLY dropped the ball big time. Never again will I ordered from here when I come to visit Kitimat again.....very disappointed.."

"It was a very quiet restaurant and not too noisy which was good. The food was alright but not completely the best. My biggest comment was on the workers attitude which seemed very careless and like they ‘hated their job’. I would have much appreciated if this wasn’t an issue as it effects the business as a whole."
