Had never tried Boustan before, but have had lots of shawarma. With a 4.4 star review, I figured it was a safe bet. I was wrong. Coleslaw in shawarma? Yikes. Toum (the garlic sauce) was very bland and tasted more like mayonnaise than garlic/lemon. The pickled turnips looked old, not bright pink at all. Far from the quality of Ottawa shawarma.
