What User doesn't like about Da Checchina:
family-run restaurant that focuses too much on the wrong side of the business the color of the menus.) anonymous dishes that personalizes on the wrong way and wise with ravioli spinat and ricotta with unnecessary coupleley.) do not portion abundant but not cheap. to avoid as much as possible. Nice view and friendly environment. Good local cuisine. A bit too expensive.
We went with some friends and our 3 little girls on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere is nice, small and private, in summer they also open outside, certainly the staff is very kind. We expected a little more local flavor from the starter. The good first courses, pappardelle with wild boar and tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and asparagus are recommended. The desserts need improvement, I would aim for something homemade which is always much appreciated!
Excellent Easter experience. I made a reservation in the dark without knowing the place and relying only on the reviews. And I have to say that I was absolutely rewarded. The courtesy of the owners and the willingness to change the menu even though it was the Easter one really impressed me. The quality of the dishes was truly the icing on the cake . Absolutely recommended for families too. The only difficulty is parking, but absolutely secondary.....thanks for the great experience....
I ate very well, simple kitchen, price in the norm, nice place.
