Whenever I go to Macca's, I buy a Create Your Taste TM Salad. I like this because you get to select what goes into your salad and what you don't want. I also think the baristas at this store make the best coffee I've had at any McDonald's before. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about McDonalds:
I visited the drive-thru at 2pm on Sunday, September 18th. I asked for a 10% discount code at the window, but was given a new code for 25%. The employee called the manager over, who then walked away without helping. I found this lack of customer service to be very rude, especially from a manager. It's important for managers to handle situations like this better in order to provide good customer service. View all feedback.
Toilets, Mens and Handicap/change table toilet, were absolutely FILTHY!! Food normal for Maccas, but the toilet are just as bad as the free stand alone
McDonalds don't really inspire to be much more than fast foodThere ethos must be quantity over quality.
Thought id grab some food for me n family through the drive thru and my partner ordered hotcakes and my kids wanted a crispy chicken wrap with bacon and when i got home we discovered the hotcakes did not have the butter or syrup and my kids wraps did not have the bacon which cost extra.I phoned the store to complain about this and the manager grabbeb my details advising me they will send a voucher in the mail to cover the messed up order.3 weeks later still no voucher.One word, useless.......

After heavily researching restaurants in the area I come across McDonalds in Success. I've never had Scottish food before but heard a haggis 'was all that'. I had met a Russian beauty online and when she arrived early morning at Perth Airport I rushed her straight to this well known restaurant. Arriving in the early hours of the morning at ten minutes to four the large lass with red hair announced it was breakfast they were serving. She must have seen the dismay on my face and said "ye can hav the dinner menu laddy". What great service. It was the best first date I have had this week. I have a woman from the Philippines arriving next month, I'll bring her here for sure.
