"The black pig of bigorre, simmered several hours, was tasty (the large amount of fat present in the piece contributed) and served with beautiful seasonal vegetables. milk rice and millefeuille with successful and gourmet raspberries. original wines well advised. prices of the dish (18€) and dessert (9€) remain high given the quantity. pleasant setting. cold reception and sometimes annoyed service of the boss (on the defensive). Too bad."
