We haven’t been in East Side Mario’s for years and have decided to stop. The service was terrible. My husband and I ordered the unlimited soup, salad and bread and we hardly got a portion. I love East Side Marios. This one was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. It was decently busy and our waitress was slow. I was brought a salad that had a long strip of the plastic bag in it. Our waitress never came so I told another waitress.
