The staff was very welcoming!!! I stayed there last weekend and this past weekend. This will always be my to go hotel to relax and meditate. The pool was clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. Customer service is lacking here. I don't know if the young lady was having a bad day or doesn't like her job, but it showed in her attitude over the phone. And then placed on hold for 15 min without coming back to the line once... Unprofessional!Service: 1/5 View all feedback.
