What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Most of the staff is very pleasant and the food is decent, but the wait times are ridiculous. There?s been no less then four separate occasions where I?ve been in line 20+ and sometimes 30+ minutes. With only a car or two ahead of me. It?s a good thing the food is decent because you sure aren?t paying for convenience. I will say the unlimited sip club is great and is a good way too keep people coming back. View all feedback.
