On a cold damp winters day when out for a walk with your pup along the dip you pass a small kiosk situated above the promenade and on this day 26th Jan we were surprised it was open. Two coffees and two paninis served up within a few minutes, the person serving was standing in for the owner and was extremely courteous. On one visit I was so offended by the rude arrogance of the owner. Delayed serving me whilst doing whatever trivia it was, when I showed I expected better I was told off. Never shopped there since. In case there are many staff there the guy who offended arrived by light beige Honda CRV or the like, sorry if this review is based on one rogue member of staff, but I suspect as such a small kiosk it was the owner himself...
