What LichfieldBoy doesn't like about The Prince Of India:
We dropped in for lunch after visiting Framlingham Castle. It's a rambling old building and most tables in the restaurant area were already taken so we ended up in the bar which was quite cosy. I had a couple of pints of very good Timothy Taylors, my wife had some not so great Sauvignon blanc. We had our high-time reception here on Saturday and had the best day of our life! eating was fantastic and the staff could not have done to meet our needs. we can not thank gabriela enough for her hard work and for putting up with me lol, nothing was too much effort xx
Very nice large room but not the most powerful shower and not much in the way of complementary toiletries. Soft towels. A lovely bar and sitting area and fab barman only spoilt by the fact it shut at 5 on the Sunday. The cooked breakfast was lovely but very slow and no cereals or toast etc out for you to have while you were waiting
Lovely old pub right near the castle, great array of drinks and food all reasonably priced. Games available to play to keep little ones amused, overall really nice
We arrived early after a long drive to attend a family funeral. We had coffee and muffin which was ok. However a lady arrived with 3 greyhounds and sat on a settee in the same room. 2 of the 3 dogs also sat on the settee. I love dogs but not their hair or anything from their feet. We will not return to this venue
