Took forever to get our order! Not server’s fault though. Manager came on his own and apologized, but this is 2nd time this has happened to us this location. Food used to be better too. So definitely a downgrade in service and food quality, overall. View all feedback.

Professional and friendly staff, I had lunch Enlightened Spring Harvest Salad. I added grilled chicken it was delicious

"The hostess stand is chaotic and unorganized. The restaurant has imposed a dress code, which tells you a bit about their clientele, yet there were a number of patrons who didn't meet the dress code standard. Our chef was pretty blah but our server went out of her way to provide good service. She was very attentive and accomodating. The food was good but not outstanding. I thought it was overpriced for what was served. I chose Benihana to celebrate my daughter's because it's an iconic landmark; however, the restaurant is in desperate need of an update. I'll be choosing elsewhere for future celebrations"
