"The hostess stand is chaotic and unorganized. The restaurant has imposed a dress code, which tells you a bit about their clientele, yet there were a number of patrons who didn't meet the dress code standard. Our chef was pretty blah but our server went out of her way to provide good service. She was very attentive and accomodating. The food was good but not outstanding. I thought it was overpriced for what was served. I chose Benihana to celebrate my daughter's because it's an iconic landmark; however, the restaurant is in desperate need of an update. I'll be choosing elsewhere for future celebrations"

"I spent $25+ this morning. I’m driving out of town and asked for ice because I am not ready to drink my smoothie. The manager on duty said he could not give me ice. I even got a plastic bag from my car because they didn’t have one. He said no. I said I just spend $25 and u can’t give me ice. Had I known that I would have kept my tip or even cancelled my order. Unbelievable. I’m so disappointed. I have sent so many people over here. Now I know!"

"We were traveling to Houston and found this restaurant on OpenTable as it was on the way to our hotel in Sugarland from Hobby Airport. I had the chicken kabob which came with veggies and rice. My mom has the shrimp linguine. The food was mediocre. The service was good as we were only 1 of 2 tables there as it was later in the evening"

"TRUELY DISGUSTING!! I had a large, Beef noodle soup. Beef stock was thin and weird tasting! Oddly, very much un-beefy!! No beef flavor at all and in its place the very strong, pungent taste and odor of clove. One of the most disgusting meals I’ve paidfor in a long time."
