My first time at Popeyes and it was good. Chicken has great taste, also the mashed potato, their mac n cheese is really good, also the biscuits with honey. The service was outstanding and restaurant was clean, also restroom was clean and didn't smell bad. View all feedback.

I have been coming to the Sugarland location since they open, the food was always hot and fresh, customer service excellent. Since Management changed, the customer service sucks. Management have attitude, not friendly at all. The food is always cold. My ghost wings was full of uncooked batter, my biscuit was ice cold, the honey didn't melt.
