"The hostess stand is chaotic and unorganized. The restaurant has imposed a dress code, which tells you a bit about their clientele, yet there were a number of patrons who didn't meet the dress code standard. Our chef was pretty blah but our server went out of her way to provide good service. She was very attentive and accomodating. The food was good but not outstanding. I thought it was overpriced for what was served. I chose Benihana to celebrate my daughter's because it's an iconic landmark; however, the restaurant is in desperate need of an update. I'll be choosing elsewhere for future celebrations"

"Good sandwiches, quite typical food quality compared to other firefighter locations. Smaller storefront with narrow seating area and limited space. Pretty dirty and grimy inside, which is disappointing for somewhere that you usually want to enjoy food in a clean environment. The service was like the workers did their job, but no one was friendly or went out of the way in the customer service department. They have a large GF sandwich back, although it is smaller than ideal."

"My son went to get a haircut next door to this restaurant. I parked in front of this restaurant because I was going to order some burgers for me and my son. But first I had to go to the corner store to get cash for my sons haircut. An African Americangentleman came out and said parking is for customers only. I tried to explain to him what I was doing and he shut the door whileI was explaining. Rude and guess who won?t be eating here. It would have been my first time too. Also, there isn?t any reservedparking for customers sign anywhere! Do better people!!"
