The food was great..The view is next to the river. the waiting time was about a bit longer and serving was quite inexperienced!

"I will start by saying that this is not your classic restaurant. In fact, this is not a restaurant at all. It's a nice Lippovan (Romanian from the Dobrogea area) family that cooks delicious meals for tourists that want to try out some real Lippovan food. It is best if you ask your guide to take you there (I don't know if Mr. Neagu speaks English), but I guarantee you that it will be worth it. When we went there, we were a couple, two families + kids, our guide and another three young people. Mr. Neagu, who is a very amiable person, received us in garden and we ate there, at a table big enough for all and the atmosphere was very traditional and friendly. We were served two delicious types of fish soups and two types of oven-cooked fish (carp and luce, I belive), all for 30 RON."
