Always long waits. Ordered 1 lg drink took 23 min. They wouldn't answer the red blinking light. I had to leave the stall and go through drive thru.Give my order again even though i had placed my order on line 7 min before i even got there.9 out of 10 times, my order is wrong.E. Food order was wrong and they fixed it. Drink refills are NOT free and the drink had lots of ice... a refill will not lower profits as I know the cost of a refill is next to nothing and the sale price is high without a refill. View all feedback.
Isiah took and delivered our order and was friendly and fast!! Our shakes, food, and drinks were delicious!! Ty Isiah!!
Good was great but our drinks not so much. We crunch on suger as we drank our tea.
Order two combos the exactly same and both was completely wrong both burgers came plain fries was cold as can be carhop was not friendly spent 25 dollars for what feels like is very expensive drinks since was only thing that was correct if I could leave less than 1 star I
Those kids late in the weekends in Sulphur do an awesome job with their attitude and service!!!!
Wow, do they take forever. 20 mins for ONE drink. They pay their employees jack. I'd take my business to Davis if I really want Sonic.
