"It's not a new place in this area, but it was my first visit. Had the lunch special today, which was delicious Cajun style shrimp stew. No frills, casual dining atmosphere with good service. Hope to be back soon!"

"Been a supporter of this spot since it opened. It's the best tap room in the state hands down. It's big, multi-storied, and hosts a regular rotation of events. I know that's far from a small accomplishment. They've been great to Lake Charles.The glaring issue is that they're becoming more and more focused on the venue aspect. Having the focus they have on that is far from bad, but it's making a blite on their name as a brewery at this point. Let's also be honest and say, that aspect needed to be worked on first.If alienating patrons by turning them away after they've traveled to be there for the brewery itself, and not a mediocre concert, is the way this place is going then I'm throwing the towel in.There's also been the issue of how overpriced the beer is compared to the general market and for FAR less on quality product.Hope them the best, honestly, I know it's a tough business, but you lost me and I know of plenty others."
