I would love to have one of these in Port Townsend. Most breads are healthy whole grain. Also some of best ginger cookies anywhere. Flours available...

"Very busy place with long lines. Food did not take long. Salmon toast had great presentation but not very substantial for $12+. Not a huge fan of the sprouts especially since the toast itself was full of nuts and seeds already. Order at the front and they will bring you your food if you choose to eat it in. Good to try."
