here on a road trip from nj to fl. uses the touchscreen kiosk to make a quite simple order: pommes, apfelkuchen and 10 hühnernuggets with sweet sour sauce. I'm glad I checked the bag before I got out. accepted to be open around the clock. it was around 6:10 a.m. in the morning, and none of the employees would answer the running gear by menu speakers, so I knocked on the windows, saw the employees run around and they saw me) and no one would come into the window to answer my questions or take my order. that happened on 6-18-22. "Make sure you confirm if you make a reservation. I made one last night for 7:00PM for 8 people. We got there at 6:45 only to tell us they messed up our reservation. So they sit us in the worst table ever outside. They told us that they were cleaning off another table under the gazebo for us. So we waited. And waited. No one ever cleaned the table so we sat at a rusted, wobbly table. My 5 year old put a rock under the table to avoid the table spilling all of our drinks. The waitress was nice but the bus boy was horrible. She claimed he was giving her attitude about cleaning the table. Where was the manager? We paid $80+ for our meal and got the crappiest end of the deal! I called in advance for a table! No apologies, no discount. We will not be back. I honestly was about to start cleaning the table myself. Really sad when you have poor communication. You got my money last night but I can promise you, you won’t get again! We left a little after 9:00. 6:45-9:00. Oh yeah, don’t forget the back table, I really confident that’s it’s still sitting there dirty right now."
