We went for my birthday in October and it was not crowded but the servers were wrapped up in everything but serving. Joking around with the bar crown while supposed to waiting on tables too. My plate held nothing but a few stringy paces of meat and the server wanted to charge me extra for substituting a salad when the menu clearly states you can sub a salad for all sides at not extra charge.
