Sarpino's Pizzeria Lee's Summit

I order from here all the time to my job and today I have ordered to me in which rule, if they can't find me they always call. I put a delivery order at 6:36 clock, they told me 45 minutes to an hour my pizza was delivered at 7:09. I was not at home bc they told me 45 minutes at an hour, I came home to find my food outside on my doorstep in the cold sitting. When I complained, I was put in the grip for 15 minutes, the person on the phone told me that the driver said they gave it to me what a lie is. I got her on the camera to throw my pizza at my door. the worker refused to speak to a manager, denied me the company number, told me there is no company number) and refused to pay me back. She told me someone had to call me tomorrow. this service is unacceptable, I was lied and also totally disregarded, not order from here!

Great service and good food, I’ve gone there multiple times right before closing and they still allow me to order and are super nice. They seem to never complain or turn me away. They are also open late so that’s another great thing.Ps. All the meats are fresh and good but the vegan (beyond meat) pepperoni was not good (to me) so I’d suggest you get veggies instead of fake meat if your a vegetarian

Everything I have gotten has been fantastic. Awesome late night food. Very fresh and tasty ingredients. Better than your typical delivery and 365 days a year with consistency during the Pandemic, where every place has changed, hours, and is inconsistent and not dependable. Just good all around. Great job ?

Overpriced food and the kitchen is ran and managed by tweakers

Expensive pizza and the time it takes to get your food is awful. Currently still waiting for ONE pizza and it has been 2 hours. Too bad, this was a second chance order and we will not order from here again. Very disappointed. UPDATE: 2 hours and 15 min later we have a COLD pizza. Fantastic.
