Please, either hire more people or discontinue the order ahead feature on the app. I always leave 20-25 minutes between when I order and when I need to get on a train and I still still have to wait for my coffee when I arrive. Frequently I just leave without it because I have a train to catch. I’m sure this is frustrating for everyone involved. Either find ways to be more efficient or stop over-promising. Parking difficult and sometimes there is a wait due to high volume of Uber and on line orders.
Late coffee is great, but the tables at the space are way too little for people to set .
