Living on the west coast, I was looking for a local company to send my brother a birthday cake. Carrot cake no nuts is his favorite and I ordered it to be delivered locally (for free! There was a slight glitch with the website but CC contacted me promptly and handled the issue right away. Made to order cake from scratch vs rush shipped from California? No contest, I'll be using them from here on out. View all feedback.

*WARNING* WORST BAKERY EVER!!! Ordered the Mom 's Four Layer Coconut Cake and I can say it was the worst cake I had ever eaten. Called to request they come and get their cake and for a refund. WAS told that I am used to processed foods, not made from scratch that 's why I didn 't like it. The description says it is light but it was so dense. $44 bill I was to get back 1/2, I rec 'd $16. Overall, bad customer service and equally bad product.
