"I won’t order anymore, I’m coming for the second time and it’s cold in the room 13 degrees, I didn’t even take off my winter jacket, the first time I slept dressed, I didn’t go to the shower all the more. Today, 10.01.22, a month after the first visit, I asked why it was so cold in the room, they said that today the heating was repaired and it will be warm, 4 hours have passed and it’s still cold and I’m resting in a jacket, the batteries, as they were barely warm, remained, and the air conditioner is buzzing all night long 30 degrees of warmth, but there is no sense from it. I asked for a heater, they gave a fan heater, which also buzzed all night, in general I don’t recommend staying here"
