Starbucks - Feedback

What Steven Marterer doesn't like about Starbucks:
First of all let me say that Jenn Behind the counter is extremely rude. about six people in front of me were able to purchase 2 cups per person as their sign stated 2 cups per person. when I get up to the front I asked for 2 cups she then tells me it is limit one per person yet everyone else in front was able to buy two and the sign they have posted clearly says 2 cups per person. If it's a slow day, step up to the counter and order a small happy meal and a double espresso. Watch closely as the clerk searches the computer screen. It's more entertaining than the half price matinee at your local theater. And a third the price. View all feedback.
