We have been to 109 many times and their steak has always been the best around. We went to steak night last night and the steaks were both burnt to a crisp. My wife sent hers back (because she shares it with our 2 year old boy, so couldn 't feed him charcoal) and the serving girl told me that she would have to ask the chef .
