I ate and drank here whilst on a recent stay in Sunderland. The bar was busy and more staff would be helpful, though when I did get served it was by a very pleasant person. I was disappointed with the food which I did not think represented good value for money and there was little vegetarian choice. It was busy so it took a while to get our order and drinks, understandable. We both had scampi and if you like a lot of crispy and hot coating then that’s for you, because the insides were not much in evidence.
