We have eaten here twice and both times it was fantastic. i have had beef and the rest of the family all had Lamb. The potions were really generous and great value for money. Being Sunderland fans we loved the decor and all of the memorabilia. On our second visit we brought our grandparents as they have been fans since Roker park days and they also thought it was great. Spent a night in Sunderland and fancied eating and drinking in the vicinity of the hotel in which we were staying, dug out the Good Beer Guide and discovered this bar . A promise of a full range of a local brewery's beers turned into a single offering on the bar which was a disappointment, on the upside the food we ordered was very good, the accompanying chips could have done with been a little warmer, that's always...
