What User doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
Worst experience. We should have left. My Burrito was sloppy and shattered. The workers had to laugh when the customers were waiting for food and order. If we try to order the checkout, turn around and leave. We waited another two minutes. We haven't ordered anyone yet. Back to checkout. The ice machine had no ice cream. My fist has to ask for ice cream. The worker didn't want to do a job there. View all feedback.
