They have enough room to have building employees cleaning residents cars in the service area for an extra but no parking for cars servicing the units. Your just making you tenants pay extra money but I guess they can afford it and you guys don't really care. Without your residents you have no job, they should come first. Concierge are thieves please be aware they will steal and not return belongings
It’s a shame that they can’t clean up after themselves and are littering the public beach.
