we went to the cer bistro to celebrate a birthday on a Tuesday night. we were the only ones in the restaurant that was good at us. that gave us the chance to speak with the owner, dave, and his beautiful wife kathy. they were our hostess, server and cook. the food was wonderful and we enjoyed our evening in the bistro. we will definitely go back.
