Shout to Nate to help me. Great customer service. He was extremely polite. There was a little wait when I came to the switch, he kindly apologized for the waiting period that a d was able to get my order in time. It's service like Nates and everyone who worked there that I contacted him, making my day so much better with her attitude.. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I have visited this location multiple times and in the beginning I had no compliants. Everyone was nice and my order was alright correct. The past 3 times I've visited there's been a problem. The first 2 times the order was wrong. Today they handed me my coffee in the drive thru and the cup was dirty. As if they spilled the coffee while making it, even the lid had to be fixed cause it popped off while he was handing... View all feedback.
