This is my favorite restaurant. I have been here many times and I have never had any complaints. The service is great, the food is awesome, very well decorated and put together. Sometimes you may have to wait a little longer than other days but believe me when I tell you its worth the wait. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Grand Lux Cafe:
I have eaten there for lunch and dinner on different occasions and both time the noise level too loud to enjoy your guests and the food. I strongly suggest they investigate ways to adjust the ceiling. Otherwise, the food is good. View all feedback.
We eat here often and have never had a bad meal. Try the baked to order desserts! They are all awesome.

My husband and I went out to dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We went on the day after Christmas and I was really upset when we took a look at the parking lot and saw people parking on the grass. It took about 10 minutes, but we finally found a spot. After we finally made it to the restaurant I was preparing myself to be put on the list and settle in to wait about an hour or so. I was so excited when the hostess said the wait would only be 5 10 minutes! And she was true to her word. Not even 5 minutes later I heard my name being called. We sat down and the waitress (very friendly greeted us shortly after. We ordered drinks and an appetizer (spinach and artichoke dip really good! . We then ordered our meals. I had the Mongolian Beef and my husband had the swordfish. Both were wonderful and, as usual, too much to finish. But you're never too full to order dessert to go and that's just what I did Fudge Cake! We had a great time and didn't feel rushed to eat and get out like you can in other restaurants on busy nights when they're trying to turn over as many tables as possible. And they did get busy, as we were leaving (around 8:30 there were quite a few people waiting in the lobby and outside. All in all, if you're going to eat at a chain restaurant for a nicer evening out around Sawgrass, Grand Lux is a great option.
I ordered the ahi tuna salad and was absolutely disgusted at the tuna that was used. It was rolled like a sushi roll with seaweed, but that would have been ok if the grade of tuna was ahi tuna. This was disgusting?it was shiny and had a nasty taste to it. It was worse than sushi I have had at a sushi buffet so I am not too terribly fussy. I paid $16.99 for this meal and had to go home and finish eating. My dinner companion had a cobb salad and thought it was one of the worst she had ever eaten. This place is definitely overrated and Cheesecake Factory was definitely better.
