What Carol Tisdale doesn't like about Schlotzsky's:
Twice now in 2 months we have gone through drive through in evening. Ordered for two people- not a large order. Sat at window the first time for 20 minutes. Second time for 15. Last night nobody came to window to explain the delay. Inside there were 2 customers.
