I was encouraged to try Pho Hien through an article in the Herald Sun newspaper. It claimed to be the best pho and I thoroughly agree. The pho stock had so much depth of flavour. Went to Pho Hien Saigon for a quick and easy dinner. We both ordered the Chicken Beef soup. We ordered the medium size which is plenty. Good serving of both, very filling and tasted good and fresh. Service was ok but had to ask twice for glasses for our wine. Would have given a four but for having to ask twice. Good value place, will go back another time. read more.
