First night out in Koh Tao and was overwhelmed with how poor the experience is at this bar. The music is American pop dance remixes... definitely not the European standard. The drinks are cheap but not well made. The staff are absolutely careless of what’s going on inside and outside of the place. They don’t smile or present themselves in a friendly, welcoming manner. The best nights here! The NAP band is the best live band I've ever seen. Even the DJ night was amazing. Definitely made my holiday there unforgettable.

"Absolutely wonderful experience in every way. If you only have one food experience on Koh Tao, this is the one to have. The food in Trust the Chef was brilliant I don’t usually go for degustation type meals but this one is well worth it. The food is so obviously made with thought and care and is delicious. By the end I couldn’t fit in another bite. Chris, Chayaphon and staff were so warm, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They were able to cater for a vegetarian amongst our group without losing any of the flavours and I loved the introduction of every dish. Wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful location. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Really well done perfect substitutes without losing any of the wonderful flavours or textures."
