this is one of the few Ecover refill stations in kingston surbiton. after we were there three times, we calculated various quantities for the same laundry refill. after the request for clarification was met with vagen response. the refill costs are higher than a new bottle, which obviously does not give any sense. very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
