My mother and I stopped here on our drive from Bari to Lecce. I cannot say enough good things. Booking was easy over What's App. I got stuck at the Bari airport and was 20 minutes late for my reservation and had not had a chance to put on nicer clothes. The staff was so kind though, and sat me and my mother anyway. The restaurant was crowded at 2 p.m. on a Saturday with mostly local people. The room is very pretty as is the outdoor space. We ordered some charcuterie, two pastas (orechiette with greens and maccheroni in a meat ragu), and a sfogliatelle for dessert. The meat was tasty, the house wine was very drinkable, and the pastas were homemade and delicious. The dessert was a highlight light pastry sheets with perfect cream. The service was good and the price was pretty low. A great time! Kid friendliness: There were plenty of families with children. Parking: Plenty of free parking in yard outside.
