It's a lovely bar but why does it take 18 mins from walking in the door for 7 staff to get drinks to 2 people. It happens every time. Your systems aren't working well when I have to call someone over when I have been sitting at table and then wait for 2 drinks in a fair empty bar. We would come more if service was efficient read more.
