Had not visited this restaurant since it opened post COVID. In the past we've ordered the shared lamb shoulder and it was always great. We ordered the shared lamb shoulder again with a side of mash and it was still great. We actually shared with 4 of us. Janine, our waitress, was excellent. Think twice. We ordered entrees which were really nice. The restaurant was busy but not full and the wait staff were lovely. After our entree we waited 70 minutes for our mains. I had ordered the ribeye (medium). When it arrived it was rare. I did not send it back as we had waited so long and we were hungry.
