very comfortable? and quiet, I usually go at 6:30 o'clock best time for me. vegetarian options: from a few choose! and it's always nice and fresh,parking: never had problems with parking, there was always much space. What User doesn't like about Ihop:
the restaurant was clean, we sat fast and had an excellent waitress. we ordered the $5 breakfast special. when we got it, that was eating cold everything, so sent back manager had made it again second order was better, but was still very cold. we appreciate the customer service we will be back, only will not order read more.

"Saw some delicious flavors available yesterday, 2/24 and went to the Surprise location at 10:35pm and the location was closed. The hours posted say FRI&SAT open until MIDNIGHT. What kind of business closes early and posts no kind of notice to the customers?! Ridiculous waste of time and now I can’t get those flavors again until who knows when."
