"We go here once or twice a year for special occasions. We went last night and the experience was great! The waitress was friendly and very good with my kids. The manager came out to apologize about wait times. There was something wrong with the orders printing. It really wasn't a a big deal and we didn't notice a delay in our food at all, but it's nice to know that management is paying attention to these things. The food was delicious, as always."

"Couple of things. The Waiter didn't have much experience and I was able to see that, but our table was patient with him. What I didn't understand was how come they didn't give him a person to help or shadow him. Drinks took a while and entrees didn't arrive until an hour later. We placed our order about 530pm and food didn't get there until 630pm. During that time drinks were not refilled and biscuits was not refill so we waited a good 15 to 20 before we asked for our waiter and for refills. Again not the waiters fault he did what he could even though he didn't have much experience. I thanked and tipped him for trying. Management should have had his back instead of throwing him in the deep end. Food... food came to the table after 1 hour of waiting and there was only 3 entress ordered. One entree had very specific instructions and that's was for the steak to be cooked well well done (yes I doubled up on the well) she wanted no pink in the middle and it was okay if the steak was a little charred on the outside and just no pink in the middle. Before dinner came to the table we had to ask if our food was ready and then the food came out 5 minutes after. The steak entree was a complete let down. Baked potato was hard in the inside and hard in the middle. It was like the potato was prepared first and then kept under a heat lamp until the whole table order was complete. The steak was a major let down. The steak was still red in the middle when instructions were given no pink center and a little charred is okay. The mashed potatoes on my plate had the texture of the cheddar biscuits. If you were to lightly poke the mashed potatoes you can tell the surface was hard. Out of a 100 dollar dinner the service was poor, again not the waiters fault. Management only took off the steak entree and didn't even want to help reduce the bill for us after waiting over an hour for dinner or trying to at least make the visit pleasant and for us to possibly return. No effort at all. I chose this place to celebrate me buying a new vehicle and this was the outcome of the goal I had accomplished. Please be aware when eating here."
