"Saw some delicious flavors available yesterday, 2/24 and went to the Surprise location at 10:35pm and the location was closed. The hours posted say FRI&SAT open until MIDNIGHT. What kind of business closes early and posts no kind of notice to the customers?! Ridiculous waste of time and now I can’t get those flavors again until who knows when."

"This place offered a great experience for my family and I on a random Monday night. The restaurant looked relatively slow, but we were there to celebrate an 18th birthday, and obviously many other groups also had their own birthday parties. A nightmare scenario for each server. Our server was Ben and he was fantastic. Very patient with us, as we tried to get the children into the food selection and to be very satisfied with questions and substitutions. You can get food everywhere, but a great experience is harder and harder to come."
