I’ve been here lots of times before for coffee and cake with my daughter, the staff have always been polite. There are new members of staff that are severely lacking in customer service skills. Please take the time to retrain these people there was a female person on the tills today 15.01.2023 that was blatantly rude and extremely unhelpful.
