KW Gardens - Surrey

That was our first time to apply kw gardens. we ordered 4 dishes, picked up the order and when we came home, they did not discover the bark with black bean sauce that we ordered. I called to let her know, was set up for 6 minutes. I think if it were a court we liked, we would agree. what they sent was a long, unrecognizable thin meat, broken, sharp. this dish was not pleasant at all. also the ananas sweet and sour pork, had no pineapple in the plate. As they send out the wrong court and NO customer service, this is our first and last time we order from there. they had our phone number and didn't call us back. our way to Chinese food is over the street and we will go on where the food and service is better. would not recommend.

At least once a month we take away from here. such good aromes, fresh, not oily. their curry triangles are amazing and so their special fried rice are recommended to take this place.

INCOMPETENT staff!! After waiting 15 mins for my order, I asked the staff to check how much longer for my food. I found out the hostess had given my food to another customer. Hostess failed to verify the ticket. And if I didn’t inquire about...it, I would have never gotten my food! i know mistakes happen but I got no apologies and no discounts offered. I had to wait another 25 mins for my food. Just lousy service and I definitely won’t be coming back.

K W Gardens was recently sold and since then we found that the quality of the food was very inconsistent. Our server (who she refers to the cooks as chefs) mentioned that the kitchen staff cannot remember the recipe for dishes that are not commonly...ordered. After being consistently disappointed with the food we decided to source another Chinese restaurant in the south Surrey area (there are many to choose from)

I was originally thrown often when we first tried out KW Gardens by the white places settings with cutlery. The food is a combination of (Western) Chinese and authentic Chinese foods. Kind of something for everyone. My biggest complaint was having to ask for chopsticks....Price wise it is comparable with other restaurants. the staff are friendly and the service decent. Great place to to take away orders as well. Parking can be at a premium at times.
