My parents used to manage this chain restaurant when this store first opened about 20 years ago. This was basically my second home as a kid. Lots of memories were held here, and I always looked forward to a hot bowl of pho after coming from school. poor customer service i took them 40 mins to bring the appetizer to our table after start eating they bring to us the pho hoa while eating we found a hair in food . we told the witness and she came back saying i told the chef !!! i will being u antherbowl or you want to w free pho for next time!! i wasn't happy at all.
