My parents used to manage this chain restaurant when this store first opened about 20 years ago. This was basically my second home as a kid. Lots of memories were held here, and I always looked forward to a hot bowl of pho after coming from school. Myparents left before all these changes to make the items on the menu more westernized about over a decade ago. I decided tocome back for nostalgia 's sake. This place is... View all feedback.

This place is now a shell of what it was before. They sacrificed alot of their authenticity andquality. The portions were barely anything. They seem to be cutting alot of corners, and its sad to see something of my pastturn out like this. It really is unrecognizable from what it was. If you are looking for authentic pho, there are places nearbythat are MILES better than this place.
Noon on Sunday, only two tables (including mine) in the entire restaurant. Too bad I only found out the reason after having noodles. This place is a JOKE. Extremely frustrated that I have to spend my own time to write this review but I really haveto. There are really good Vietnamese restaurants in Surrey and I seriously wonder how in the world this PhoHoa survives thislong. Unfortunately, not a single positive thing was seen here. Food quality of service? J o k e. U will be drinking so muchwater once you are done with your noodle. First time visiting and 100% last time.
If I could only use 1 word to describe this place now it would be? terrible. Quality of pho has worsened dramatically over the last 3 years. This used to be my go to place as it was close to home and food was genuinely enjoyable however the change inmanagement resulted in them completely changing their ingredients into cheap, terrible tasting garbage. The taste as if someonehas soaked a paper towel in water and the meat looks like they cut up a rat in the back before serving it to you. Highly wouldnot recommend this place no matter how hungry you are. Better off saving your money and eating chips from the gas station acrossthe road.
Ordered in store for takeout. Friendly and fast service. Vermicelli and sandwiches were high quality and tasty. Avoid the soup and bubble tea, as broth is awful. Would go back for some items.
