This Starbucks isawesome! I went in to get agift card for my mom &they had none left. But thelady Nancy working thecounter seen my stress &cared looked around &found one. I was so gratefulto her. Nancy was extremely rude and had an attitude during our whole interaction. I've worked at Starbucks before, and I know this is not the level of customer service they expect partners to have. I thought perhaps she was having a bad day, but when I saw the reviews left on here, I felt like I had to say something. The store manager or shift supervisor needs to coach her on how to treat customers. Unexceptable. read more.
