I have been to this Subway on a number of occasions and I have always been impressed by the service. The servers work hard and are friendly. They make you feel as though they appreciate your business. Who can ask for more? View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
This subway is lame. They didn't let us use coupons that were expired by a few weeks even though new coupons with the same deals were sent out. so they would rather us leave and waste the sandwiches then letting it go. My boyfriend wont go back there again and I agree. View all feedback.
The restaurant's listed business hours indicate they are open until 12 am. I arrived at 10:55 pm to find the open sign lit up, the door open, and a full staff inside. Despite this, they informed me that they were closed. It would be more considerate to either lock up the store or adjust their business hours to avoid inconveniencing customers.
Arsh was fantastic!! She provided excellent customer service and was able to help us with all of our intricate subway inquiries!
I initially tried to contact the owner of this restaurant to address an issue, but it seems he is avoiding communication by hiding behind Subway. Upon visiting the store, I was unaware that the till was broken and waited in line for 5-10 minutes to place my order. After making my selections, I was informed that they only accepted cash, which was not communicated to me upon entering. When I asked the four employees about this, I received no response and ultimately had to leave without making a purchase. As I left, I informed the other eight customers in line, who also decided to leave. It seems like there is a lack of care and consideration for customers from both the employees and the owner. I would recommend avoiding this location.
First off tried to reach the owner of this location to resolve issue, but he purposely hides behind subway. Visited the store and unknown to me the till was broken, I waited 5-10 minutes in line to order. made my order and selections. went to pay and discovered cash only? I asked the 4 employees why I wasn’t notified when entered the restaurant ? no response and basically had to leave. while I was leaving I advised the other 8 customers behind me and they all left with me. Not sure what is going on but some common curiosity for your customer. employees don’t care and owner doesn’t care? steer clear of this location
This place will make you wait for 10mintues white 3 staff are gossiping at the back. Prior to ordering my sandwich(teriyaki crunch) at the till they will charge you for a differ type of sandwich for a higher price such as the (chincken rancher) . Not only that they won’t have the full ingredients for the created sub. Lady who made my sandwich told the other lady at the till the wrong order with a smirk (scamming face) .So customers BEWARE
