With amazing service, delicious Italian wines, and some of the best pizza in Sydney, this restaurant is definitely a must-visit. The crust is thick yet loaded with toppings, making it more than just bread. The menu offers vegan and gluten-free options, as well as a wholemeal sourdough base on weekends. While some were disappointed with the new vegan-focused menu, others appreciated the unique and tasty pizzas. The 4-cheese pizza stands out with its fresh truffle aroma. With excellent wines and reasonable prices, this spot in Surry Hills is a hidden gem that should not be missed when in Sydney, on average, Al Taglio has been rated as 4.
